We are PizzaPazza. A mobile food truck featuring Neapolitan pizza fire baked in our onboard wood fired oven. Featuring the highest quality cheeses, pure & simple sauce & premium toppings, our pizzas bake in just 3 minutes ready for you and your guests to enjoy.

We utilize a pre fermented Poolish to make our unique dough. This technique helps us develop better flavor, an open crumb and aids digestion.

We use only Premium King Arthur Flour in our dough because their flour contains no bleach, no bromate, and no artificial preservatives of any kind. 

PizzaPazza is available for private events including birthday parties, weddings, late night snacks, office lunches, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, graduation parties…
